Bravery Award to Seeker of Truth and Doer of Justice

Description: It is with immense pride that we inform you that one of our girls from class XII , Tejasweeta Pradhan has received the prestigious Geeta Chopra National Bravery Award from the Prime Minister on 23rd January 2017. She will also participate in the Republic Day parade in Delhi on 26th January 2017. Tejasweeta helped in the busting of a cross border flesh trade ring by posing as a trafficking decoy. She is truly a hero and we applaud her heroic feat. She exemplifies our foundress Mary Ward’s maxim, “ Be seekers of truth and doers of justice”. We celebrate her achievement and congratulate her for the courage of her conviction in ensuring justice. We would like to share this proud moment with all members of our Loreto family- parents, teachers and students.
